Financial Aid
The Wildwood Finacial Aid program is designed to make a Wildwood education possible for all families based on demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds. Wildwood is proud to use the Clarity Application to determine a family’s level of financial need based on the information that families share in the application which includes assets, income, expenses, and debts.
To get started, please go to the Clarity Application and create an account. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete. The Clarity Application is also mobile-friendly so you can complete it from anywhere. You are also able to save your progress and return at any time. At the end of the application, there is a $60 fee to submit, and you can share your application with additional schools that accept the Clarity Application for no additional charge. Simply use the dropdown menu in the application to select those schools.
Please remember to return to your dashboard after you complete and submit your Clarity Application, as Wildwood may require you to upload additional tax documentation.
The deadline for completing the financial aid application including relevant supplemental documents is April 19th.

The application itself is also fully translated into Spanish.

After School Programs
$250 per year
This fee allows the school to furnish an iPad, apple care, case, keyboard, and stylist to each student, along with all the apps and curriculum to fuel a healthy, responsible, creative, and empowering relationship with technology.
Students who have completed two or more years at Wildwood will take their iPad with them upon completion of the program.
Activity fees are determined at the beginning of each term and are based on the forecasted interests of students. This allows us to keep costs down while being responsive to the passions in our community. Annual fee totals are capped at the following levels based on grade level.
5th Grade - $500
6th - 8th Grade $1000
9th - 10th Grade $1500
To extend the programing of our dynamic electives into our after-school programs (ASP), this program will cost $10 per day for the 2024/25 school year.
Each month, families can pick how many days per week they would like their student to attend and students can pick and choose different days to attend each week. So, as plans and activities change, so can your ASP schedule.
