After much debate and deliberation, the official mascot of Wildwood Academy is the 'Osprey'. Why? First of all, osprey are a prevalent bird around the Gorge and there is a nest just up the Hood River. They are a hardworking bird and constantly fishing and searching for food as well as majestic in flight. A worthy name for our school.
